The two pieces of backstrap were just enough for three people., seared very quickly on a very hot griddle and then finished in a 240C oven for 12 minutes. Served with roast vegetables, salsa verde and red wine jus, they were a delicious restaurant quality dinner.

I'll be getting some more of this.

These may be the best quality readymade meals out there. I’ve enjoyed the variety and they’re just the right size for a meal. The only quibble is the amount of plastic packaging, but i ensure it’s recycled so i guess i can cope.

Try treating yourself with Australian Meats 'Spring Ridge Venison Backstrap. Tasty as.
