These pieces are on the smaller side, so keep that in mind if you’re cooking medium rare. For us it was 2 minutes each side. They were very tasty and lean! Definitely our favourite from the box so far. We added a bit of salt as well, which really enhanced the flavour

This is a great one for the slow cooker! I also did strips on the bbq, was fab!

I’m a single and so this was something I decided to cut into chunks. Steak size. Beautiful. Next time I will make them into small roasts I think.

Pan fried after just coating in olive oil on a medium heat, about 4 minutes each side and a few minutes to rest. Nice colour on the outside and medium rare inside. Juicy and full of flavour. Loved it!
