We loved this meat lovely flavour , but it’s out of stock at the moment , so this morning we bought some venison smoked ham , haven’t tried it yet 😋😋😋😋

I always obtain my venison from Australian Meats. I have tried other brands but they all fail to live up to Australian Meats quality. We love the gamey and rich flavour of the meat and it freezes well so I always buy quite a bit to last us. The product arrives quickly and is packed with great care. The rabbit and goat are also fabulous.

The roo tail is when slow cooked is tender as... it's like a gentle lamb shank...no gamey taste at all... excellent
