Excellent, too big the full roast so easily managed to cut in half & one blow from the hatchet cut through the bone!!
Room temperature then BBQ two hours or so. Seasoned with salt, pepper, cardamom, ground Szechuan pepper & patted down with olive oil...perfect....also fantastic as a cold cut the next few days!!
