The kangaroo Roogan Josh was tasty and tender but the cloves flavour was too strong and there was very little meat compared to the amount of potatoes.
This has to be one of the best meals I have cooked! The venison was absolutely superb, and the sous vide method used (AI generated recipe provided a simple and brilliant cook.Fresh herbs and Tasman Sea Salt’s pepper berry seasoning elevated the whole dish. Happy to share recipe and photos
