This purchase was at a local meat/fish market on the sth coast, just on a whim as I was curious. I was totally gobsmacked by the beautiful flavour and texture. No sienew no chewyness, just an awesome flavour. I've sent my husband back there today to get a stack to freeze.
I will now try the other products in the range for sure.

The Wild Boar Backstrap is easy to cook, flavourful and we will be buying it again.

The wild boar ham is a revelation! Tasty and versatile, good for toasties, matricciana, carbonara, pizza topping, omelette, you name it, this ham’s got it covered. It’s a winner!

I used the recipe to glaze the smoked wild boar ham with the kakadu plum, cranberry and chilli relish, it was beautiful, both complemented each other really well and people were asking where i got it from so i told them where to get it from.
