I’ve cooked this twice and recommend it. Bring no to room temperature oil, salt. Sear each side very well; in a hot 🔥 ven 180 cook 15 minute max. Rest 5 min max.
Was all very nice the salami was not my taste. Hopefully it will make good jerky everything else was awesome. Kangaroo tail to venison

After having a less than positive experience with the goat sausages (taste good, but VERY fatty), I am happy to say my experience with the Smoky Chill Venison Sausages was the polar opposite - very tasty with a mild sweet chilli flavour. Not dry or gritty, but moist and delicious AND almost no fat at all came out of them.
Highly recommended and will be sticking to these in the future.
