As a name states quick one minute steak. Very handy for your steak sandwiches or sliced up for Thai salad. Retains juices just cook it quick.

We really love the starter pack, smoked venison , and the venison ossobucco, also enjoyed the venison sausages lovely flavour, we’re still going through the products but what we’ve had so far we’ve enjoyed 😋😋
