This is a quality snag. Top shelf. Excellent on a bun with mustard grilled onions and sour kraut.
Full of flavour, easy to cook, great mix of chilli and smoky flavour. New family favorite.

I ordered venison steak, mince burgers, wild bore sausages, loved the venison things, but didnt like the wild bore sausages, will make another order sometime, loved the rest, kind regards Krista

....hard to find free range pork, and how pigs are treated in the factory farms disturbs me. Can't get pork that is more free range than wild boar. The chops are tasty. Has to be healthier, and more humane.

This is the best sausage I have had to date. Lean, juicy and full of real spice. This compares to chorizo I have had in Spain and Mexico. Slap it on the BBQ and char it!
As my cat has dietary allergies, he can only eat Kangaroo. However, with experimentation, he's absolutely enjoying the Venison! Next trial - the wild Goat!
