Hi very happy how it was packed and delivered. The meat was delicious put in the slow cooker just fell to pieces mouth watering A+ I’ll be buy again soon plus I’ll have look in freezer but sure I have the venison shanks as well

Im a repeat buyer of this, being able to take something from the freezer and have a meal ready in within 20 minutes is a must these days.
It can be bbq'ed, stir fried, pan fried, eaten with noodles or in a salad. The marinade is clean and can be eaten on it's own or built upon.
My favourite way to eat this is very simple, on the bbq. Cooked until med-rare, rested then sliced and wrapped in cold lettuce leaves ... prefect for these hot days of summer.
We have tried most of the offerings from Australian Meats and with each order we try something different. The Venison rump was a find and we'll definately be ordering it again along with the Kangaroo Pepper steak. Lunch today is Venison Backstrap which is a popular choice.

Beautiful meat I made a slow cooked ragu with the venison chorizo in red wine oh my goodness a beautiful meal. Highly recommend also good in curry.
I am totally spoilt.. I cannot go back to eating beef again. It is amazing, tender and is our new favourite Sunday roast. Order again.
