Paroo Kangaroo Osso Bucco

I purchased the wild boar leg ham for the first time unsure if it might be very tough or gamey. It is neither. The meat is beautifully sweet and tasty, with very little fat at all in it (particularly compared to ‘normal’ farmed ham. We have used it across many meal types, and it is absolutely delicious and all that for an incredibly good price. This is great value and high quality. I will be ordering more.

I don't usually buy venison however I wanted to give this package a try for when I'm unable to go bush. Was easy to prepare and cooked up well. taste is 100% and at that price (not counting delivery) is well worth trying.
