slow cook this goat for 6 to 8 hrs and it just melts in your mouth.

Absolutely lovely piece of meat. We simply salt it, let it go to room temperature then cook it in a pan with olive oil or lambs fat then let rest for 10 mins and slice so it's a red pink in the centre. The whole family loves it. Simply delicious!

Really impressed with the Thornwood Wild Boar Boneless Leg Roast. The meat was very lean with a rich, slightly gamey flavour that made it feel special compared to regular pork. It cooked well and stayed tender when prepared slowly.
I’d recommend marinating or pairing it with herbs, garlic and a red wine to get the best result. Overall, a great quality product and something I’d definitely order again for a special meal.

....hard to find free range pork, and how pigs are treated in the factory farms disturbs me. Can't get pork that is more free range than wild boar. The chops are tasty. Has to be healthier, and more humane.
