Roasted the legs for 7 hours and served them with Greek potatoes and green beans cooked in tomato and olive oil .
Meat was very tender.

Top quality cuts of meat, carefully packaged and promptly delivered

Very soft, succulent and low fat.

So delicious as a slow cooked curry

This steak was incredible good! I have never tried venison steak before but now I think I prefer it over kangaroo steak. I was dancing while eating this.

I purchased 2 rabbits and wild boar mince.
A great lapin au moutard and an Italian rabbit ragoût and a great wild boar bolognaise.
The flavour and quality of the meat is amazing.
I highly recommend the wild ale from Australian 🇦🇺

The meat was delivvered when indicated and was incredibly well packed. Taste was great - I turned the goat into a meatball curry. Will be ordering again soon!
