Many times coming back to this Roo Steak. My family loves them, they are juice, tender, lean but not mean :) I usually Air fried it, 180C for 10 minutes. No complain from my teenager, only compliment. These are Pepper Roo Steak.
Order was delivered as stated, very well packed with large ice packs top & bottom. The order was fresh and looking fabulous. have only tried the marinated venison steaks so far....they were more like medallions rather than steaks so after the first frypan cook I made jerky out of the rest....yummy
I used the slow cook recipe from the Australian Meats website to cook an incredibly tender, almost fat free ragu. So much better than lamb, which is nice but always gives me terrible reflux due to the high fat content. One shoulder made a lot, which I froze into small portions to use as single meals, or the most amazing steak sandwiches!!😁😁
