We really enjoyed the Wild Board Boneless Leg Roast, as we have everything we have bought from Australian Meats. The flavours and texture of the meat is nothing like the standard supermarket fare.
The only thing I could suggest is that Australian Meats have the basic cooking instructions on the packaging or at minimum on their web site.

We thoroughly enjoyed this meal, such a winner for an easy mid week dinner. I’d highly recommend and this will be regularly purchased!!

We were very impressed with the quality and freshness of all the meat from Australian Meats and the wild rabbit was no exception, fresh and a good size. Nice and tender, will definitely be a return customer.

Absolutely delicious! This is honestly some of the best wild boar and goat meat I’ve ever had in Australia. The taste reminded me so much of the authentic meat we used to enjoy back home in Sri Lanka. Amazing flavour, excellent quality, and definitely worth buying. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Roasted racks with a mustard, herb and bread crumb topping ... Delicious and enough for five so we had the leftovers cold for lunches. One rack was substantially larger than the other, but they cooked just fine together.
