Sous Vide kangaroo fillet has been pre-cooked low and slow to the perfect doneness inside, ensuring an even and tender finish. All you need to do is heat in a frying pan or on the BBQ to enjoy perfectly cooked restaurant quality kangaroo at home. Serves 2. Gluten free.

Packaging & Storage:

This product has been pre-cooked. It is vacuum sealed and can be refrigerated, best before is on packaging. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Can not be frozen.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

It doesn’t get better than this.

So far I’ve tried the Sous vide roo and the venison backstrap from my order. Both were tender, juicy and easy to cook. Cannot recommend highly enough.
