Kangaroo leg steak is lean, tender and full of flavour. This versatile cut can be used straight on the bbq grill but also great in stir fries, curries and casseroles.

Cooking tips:

  • If quick cooking it’s best served medium rare for a tender and juicy finish.
  • Versatile cut; barbecue, stir fries, curries, cured, smoked.
  • Matches well with complex heavier white wine varieties and lighter red wines.

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days. You may freeze this product.
