Wood smoked in Mount Pleasant, South Australia by award winning Mt. Pleasant Butchers. This exceptional chorizo is made using Spring Ridge Wild Venison and is blended with quality ingredients! Gluten free.

This product is vacuum sealed. Keep in refrigerator. Remove plastic completely after opening. 

Made in Australia from at least 97% Australian ingredients 

Ingredients: Wild venison (74%), pork, sugar, salt, garlic, paprika, oregano, chilli, black pepper, herbs and spices, stabilizer (450,451,452), antioxidants (316), sodium nitrate (250), starter culture.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

The chorizo is tasty, the only request I have is for it to be spicier. Will be ordering again

Great for the Charcuterie Board

Not too spicy, a slightly looser texture that you might be used to but a good change from the ordinary. The sweetness of the venison contrasts with the spice- enough pork fat to keep everything moist.

Contains pork!!!

I bought a few of these chorizo’s and mettwursts believing I found a product without pork. I was so excited. No where on your website can I see the ingredients and it just states venison or kangaroo. So disappointed to read the ingredients on delivery as we don’t eat pork. Should be clear on the website.
