This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

Difficult Venison

I really enjoy venison, but it is so difficult to cook and is the most temperature sensitive meat to cook that I have ever used. It does not like being over cooked 57C and anything over that it is destroyed and looses its delicate tenderness. Still trying to master this wonderful meat.

Full flavoured, slow cooked

Wild harvested venison, fantastic in the slow cooker. Really pleased to be able to access from Australian meats and steering clear of factory farmed animals.

Venison “On Tap"

We’re both in our 80s, and were recently introduced to your “Wild meat” by our children. In particular the Spring Ridge Diced Venison is a real winner. We’ve added it and many more of your cuts to our freezer stock, and find that the diced venison is a really great evening meal when quick fried, and served with heaps of home grown salad vegetables.
Delivery to (near) SA country Strathalbyn was prompt and efficient!
