  • Best cooked to medium-rare for a juicy finish
  • Goes well with a marinade of rosemary, garlic, lemon, pepper berry and Australian Olive Oil

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Excellent meal

First time I’d tried venison honestly didn’t think I’d like it. If you’re put off because it’s game meat don’t be. Would highly recommend giving it a go.

Venison was great

All the meats were excellent, loved them all especially the Kangaroo shanks.
Our parents liked the old school Rabbit stew lol
They didn't even know, and he used to have a shop and a chiller full of them for sale.
Definitely ordering again 10 ut of 10 from us !

Don't miss out!!!!

I have always said that the best steak I have ever had was a Camel steak at the Darwin Hotel last century. Well, the venison leg steaks, my Finnish wife and I had last night, now hold that honor. I always buy Rib Fillet beef but believe me, it doesn't hold a candle to the Venison leg steaks. I just ground some garlic, added some lemon and pepper and olive oil an hour or so before cooking as I hadn't seen the suggested marinade, which I will definitely use next time.
