Would buy but for the dehydrated garlic

I am a keen cook and always use fresh ingredients. However, there is no way I would buy these sausages because they use dehydrated garlic powder. In my experience this popular flavouring is a taste destroyer, even if present in very small quantities. Why not leave it out and if a garlic flavour is required, make a sauce or gravy that includes fresh garlic. By including it in the sausage seasoning consumers are given no choice.

Thin Venison Sausages

Bought these snags thinking they would be good but they are not, the herbs they used were over powering and there wasn't enough fat in the sausage class they were very dry and yes I have had venison sausages before they were home made.
