Served it to my teenage grandkids, breaded, sauteed with a mushroom sauce.
we all loved it, so flavourful with just a slight pleasant game taste.
I made an Italian goat ragù, it was amazing!

I followed the wild osso bucco recipes with the Venison & kangaroo. Served it up for guests and had great compliments. I have also placed another order since. I’m loving Australian Meats and their recipes right now.
