Size

Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork. Boneless leg roast is minimum 2kg and is best served medium. Roast in the oven or pot roast.

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first time order. Exceeded all my expectations. First of all the delivery and packaging. Faultless, the driver went above and beyond to leave the box at our doorstep tackling a difficult access. The packaging was impeccable . The meat - a true gourmet experience. Wild goat, boar, venison, rabbit, salami, chorizo. I am hooked, my family loves it. I will be ordering again and recommending to all my family and friends.

I found Australian Meats by accident while looking for something else online. I just thought I would give it a try. I like wild meat and all the reviews were so good, so I ordered different cuts of meat and animals. My feedback on the Thornwood Wild Boat Boneless Leg Roast: I love the colour of the meat and it was so tender and delicious. I was very impressed. I will definitely buy it again and I can highly recommend it to everyone. We used this recipe for the wild boar, I just cut up the meat. Here is the link to it:

Amazing dinner

I organised a dinner using the wild game meats and guests had to guess the meat in each of the dishes. Was a fabulous night.
