Australian Wild Boar is lean and tasty due to their natural diet of nuts, berries and native vegetation. They are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally tender and flavoursome pork. Pork mince is versatile and can be used in all your favourite mince recipes. 

Cooking tips:

    • Try pork san choy bow, pork rissoles or add flavour to your bolognese recipe.

Packaging & Storage:

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

Thornwood wild boar mince

I dont believe there is anything wrong with the mince, I just put 4 stars instead of 5 because it was the least favourite dish at our Australian Meats buffet. It arrived fresh. We cooked it up in patties basicalky plain so we wouldnt doctor the glavour too much. General concensus was next time we will prepare it differently.

Excellent product

I used this mince to make meat balls which I served with a sour cream and mushroom sauce. The quality of the meat was exceptional. Great flavour and very lean. This will become a staple as I am no longer buying farmed pork
