  • Best to sear in a hot pan before roasting 
  • Suits slow roasting

This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Once opened, consume within 2-3 days. You may freeze prior to use-by.

Absolutely delicious! The flavour was quite delicate and not as I imagined it would be. I guess that’s because of what they forage for. Very lean so you have to be careful with the cooking but most enjoyable and will be purchasing again

Wild meat.

I bought goat venison boar and rabbit. All were very high quality and only slightly gamy which I really liked. Tender and very delicious. I was a hunter many years ago and enjoyed all the wild food for health benefits so am happy to have access to it again.
